Shipping policy

Our online store is open 24/7 and we ship items from Monday - Friday. We do not ship orders over the weekend so any orders placed on a Friday after 11am will be shipped the following working day.

New Zealand Shipping Policy:

  1. Delivery Time: Please allow 1-3 business days for your parcel to arrive once your order has been processed and collected by our trusted courier partners.

  2. Tracking Information: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. This allows you to monitor the status of your shipment in real-time.

  3. Bulky + Oversized Items: For oversized items, the shipping cost will be calculated after your purchase. We will promptly send you an email for confirmation and payment of the shipping charges related to these items.

Australia Shipping Policy:

  1. Flat Rate to Australia: Shipping to Australia is a flat rate of $20.00 NZD.

  2. Parcel Tracking: All parcels shipped to Australia are tracked through New Zealand post. Standard shipping 8-12 working days.

  3. Bulky or Oversized Items: In cases where the parcel is bulky or oversized, we will provide a customised shipping quote to ensure fair and accurate pricing for your unique shipment.

  4. Additional taxes or import duties - Please note that any additional taxes or import duties that may arise during transit or upon delivery are the responsibility of the purchaser.

International Shipping Policy:

  1. Flat Rate for International Shipping: For international orders, we offer a flat rate of $45.00 NZD, making it convenient for our global customers.

  2. Bulky or Oversized Items: In cases where the parcel is bulky or oversized, we will provide a customised shipping quote to ensure fair and accurate pricing for your unique shipment.

  3. Additional taxes or import duties - Please note that any additional taxes or import duties that may arise during transit or upon delivery are the responsibility of the purchaser.
